SENSISPEC SPIKE SOLUTION GLIADIN
The SENSISpec Spike Solution Gliadin is intended for the execution of spiking experiments in combination with the SENSISpec ELISA Gliadin/Gluten kit (HU0030009/HU0030033).
▸ Application example:
In order to get a sample containing 10 ppm of gliadin, add 200 μL SENSISpec Spike Solution Gliadin to 1 g of sample. Extract the sample with 9,8 mL of 40% ethanol. According to the SENSISpec ELISA Gliadin/Gluten test instruction, after centrifugation the supernatant has to be diluted 1:50 with prediluted extraction buffer.
