The qualitative detection of DNA targets is performed to get a yes or no answer to the question whether a certain DNA fragment is detected or not relative to appropriate controls and within the detection limits of the analytical method used and the test portion analysed.
The DNAllergen RT-PCR product line is based on indications of EN 15842 and EN 15634 with premium quality molecular biology reagents to provide the customer a “turn-key“ solution for the detection of a wide selection of allergens using Real-Time PCR.
Each kit contains reagents sufficient for 50 duplex reactions.
