ELISA test kit for the quantitative detection of aflatoxin B1.

Advantages: B ZERO® is the most cost-effective line of ELISA test kits. Thanks to the removal of the calibrators, the analysts are not required to use wells for the standard curve. Quantitative results are obtained by means of a virtual master-curve that is provided within each kit batch.

B ZERO AFLA B1 is a kit prepared for a competitive immunoenzymatic assay for the quantitative analysis of aflatoxin B1. The kit contains the procedure and the materials sufficient for 48 determinations zero standard included.

For the result evaluation a microtiter plates or a strips photometer is required (manual or automatic ELISA reader).

Cereals (sorghum, corn, high moisture corn, brown rice), corn gluten meal, silage and mash, feed, nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts, almonds), peanut meal, dried fruits (raisins, figs), DDGS, cottonseed, soy, soybean meal.

 

◉ Sample preparation

- Cereals, high moisture corn, brown rice, corn gluten meal, silage and mash, feed, nuts, peanut meal, dried fruits, DDGS, soy and soybean meal: grinding and homogenization, extraction in methanol-water, filtration

- Cottonseed: grinding and homogenization, extraction in methanol-water, sedimentation.
