CELER® T-2 AND HT-2 TOXINS 96 WELLS
ELISA test kit for the quantitative detection of T-2 toxin and its metabolite HT-2 toxin in cereals and feed.
Advantages: single replication layout and just 20 minutes of incubation time make the Celer® ELISA kit very effective screening solutions when high throughput analysis is needed.
Celer T2 is a kit prepared for a competitive immunoenzymatic assay for the quantitative analysis of T2 and HT2 Toxins. The kit contains the procedure and the materials sufficient for 96 determinations including standards. For result evaluation a microtiter plate or a strip photometer is required (manual or automatic ELISA reader).

Cereals (maize, wheat, durum wheat, oats, barley), feed,
soybean meal and soy flour.
◉ Sample preparation
Cereals, feed, soybean meal and soy flour: grinding,
extraction in methanol-water, filtration, dilution.
◉ Assay time: 20 minutes (sample preparation not included).
◉ Detection limit Cereals and feed: 0.025 ppm
