DNANIMAL MPLEX RABBIT/MUSCOVY DUCK/MALLARD DUCK, 2 X 48 REACTIONS
The DNAnimal Mplex rabbit/muscovy duck/mallard duck detection kit provides materials for the qualitative detection of the following targets:
- Mitochondrial Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) DNA
- Mitochondrial Muscovy duck (Cairina moschata) DNA
- Mitochondrial Mallard duck (Anas platyrhynchos) DNA
It is intended that this kit is used by trained laboratory personnel only. The kit detects the target sequence in food and feed sample types from which non mutated DNA in sufficient quality and quantity has been isolated prior to real-time PCR analysis.
