DNANIMAL MPLEX IV: EQUUS/CATTLE/CHICKEN, 2 X 48 REACTIONS
The DNAnimal Mplex horse&donkey/cattle/chicken detection kit provides materials for the qualitative detection of the following targets:
- Mitochondrial Horse&donkey (Equus caballus & Equus asinus) DNA
- Mitochondrial Cattle (Bos taurus) DNA
- Mitochondrial Chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus) DNA
It is intended that this kit is used by trained laboratory personnel only. The kit detects the target sequence in food and feed sample types from which non mutated DNA in sufficient quality and quantity has been isolated prior to real-time PCR analysis.
