DNANIMAL MPLEX II: WATERBUFFALO/TURKEY/SHEEP, 2 X 48 REACTIONS
The DNAnimal Mplex water buffalo/turkey/sheep real-time PCR detection kit provides materials for the qualitative detection of the following targets:
- Mitochondrial Water buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) DNA
- Mitochondrial Turkey (Meleagris gallopavo) DNA
- Mitochondrial Sheep (Ovis aries) DNA
It is intended that this kit is used by trained laboratory personnel only. The kit detects the target sequence in food and feed sample types from which non mutated DNA in sufficient quality and quantity has been isolated prior to real-time PCR analysis.
