DNANIMAL MPLEX III: GOAT/PIG/BISON, 2 X 48 REACTIONS
The DNAnimal Mplex goat/pig/bison detection kit provides materials for the qualitative detection of the following targets:
- Mitochondrial Goat (Capra hircus) DNA
- Mitochondrial Pig (Sus scrofa) DNA
- Mitochondrial Bison (Bison bison) DNA
It is intended that this kit is used by trained laboratory personnel only. The kit detects the target sequence in food and feed sample types from which non mutated DNA in sufficient quality and quantity has been isolated prior to real-time PCR analysis.
